Rich is the founder of High Gear Company, Inc. Prior to this endeavor, Rich started and continues to manage Good Green Neighbors, an eco-friendly lawn care business serving Portland Oregon since 2004. Rich’s passion for creating high-quality, high-style work gear grew from his own disappointment with the outdated and stagnant products available in his field. After years of searching for better options, he channeled his frustration into redesigning the most essential piece of equipment used on almost every worksite - the 32 gallon can. Rich is passionate about bringing his products to market and building a loyal fanbase of professionals who share his commitment to working smarter, not harder...setting the gearshift for the High Gear of safety and style.
